Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-demand periods, product drops, or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery time depends on your location and the shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery times:

United States: 3–7 business days
International Orders: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or customs inspections.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package has been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Rich People Only is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages lost or stolen after delivery.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country.

Rich People Only is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees charged by international authorities.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
